Once again the Fylde Fairtrade Steering Group is selling Fairtrade Real Advent Calendars. Each calendar costs £4.95 or you can simply donate a calendar. For every ten calendars sold the group can also donate a calendar, and they will be distributed to Fylde Coast Women’s Aid and Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Home-Start.
The 2024 Real Advent Calendar includes a 24 page story activity book. There is a page for each day of advent and some fun challenges long the way. There is also a line of the Christmas story behind each of the windows as well as, of course, a chocolate.
Please sign the list at the back of church, or phone Christine Campbell on 07984 004973, if you would like to order a calendar this year. Orders can be placed from Sunday 6th October and the last date for orders is Sunday 3rd November.
UPDATE: The local Fylde churches, including St Annes Parish Church, were delighted that through the support and generosity of parishioners, Fylde Coast Women’s Aid and Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Home-Start both received forty-four Advent Calendars in December.
