As part of Blackburn Cathedral’s centenary celebrations, they are hosting The Longest Yarn II – Britain at War exhibition from Wednesday 7th January until Saturday 7th February 2026. This is a striking, 80m exhibition of individual knitted and crocheted panels depicting life in Britain between the declaration of war in September 1939 to VE Day in May
A special service in the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity will take place at Church Road Methodist Church on Saturday 24th January at 2 pm. All are welcome.
